Fun travel destinations/activities near Pittsburgh for an anniversary? - fun anniversary ideas
My friend and I are together 4 years later in the month of September. We have never done anything that exciting, because we are poor and in school. I want to do something fun this year.
Our anniversary is later in September and we have a ritual for every home game before the opening of the Pittsburgh Penguin, 2 October, which is this year. Therefore, we can go to this festival and a weekend.
I want to go somewhere fun and romantic near Pittsburgh. Maybe 1 or 2 hours in each direction. Suggestions?

Wow! Since you are also in areas that you have two hours to do. If you like amusement parks you can attend the Kennywood, or run in Altoona, is a place where there is an amusement park around it is very inexpensive. I think your call or Lakeside Lakewood. You can try to get to Maryland. The actually do more than 2 hours at Deep Creek Lake, but this time of year is beautiful scenery up there, and many things. Great ride, in several places to rent a horse. Fishing, boating, water skiing, rent a couple of places for boats and jet skis right on the lake. It is a kind of hidden treasure. Not much back and forth to Oakland, Maryland, leads into the small towns of West Virginia, it is usually not crowded on the lake.

Kennywood is always a good time! You should check in any case, this is an offense for anyone.
There is so much a city. You can visit the Gaza Strip and the shopping malls, you can kayak in a river, or there are guided tours and boat rides everywhere! Even if you're interested, you can see some museums and science centers! They are really cool. Have a good time!
