Do you know who is the manufacturer? If so, you can search for the price of cameos made by that person or company. Even if you do not want to sell on eBay, you can check what items are in there. Here is a link that shows what a cameo with a 800 silver stamp on the back. You do not know whether the same manufacturer as you, but you can take a look to see.
Well, if you want to sell is to a place that can be sold, perhaps for you to go ...... Check out a jeweler who knows good cameos in particular.
