Stage My House Do Realtors Normally Stage A House That They Are Selling?

Do realtors normally stage a house that they are selling? - stage my house

Staging means to put furniture in the house, so it is not just an empty shell. I am in San Francisco.

No, this is something that I recommend staging, if you moved out of the house. This will be the potential buyers a look at the house is like. These costs can be several thousand dollars or more depending on how long you rent furniture in stages.
Good luck ;-)

If it certain estate agents as a district.
If the whole neighborhood is only 4 to 8 floor plans (bricks in various colors, and although all) One of the show houses are painted and full of furniture and some of it is usually in a modified office and the agent works in the office, so that the People can enter the area and who can prove that the houses, often also show the model at home.
After all the houses built in the area, and only then converted back-office sales in each room that has been, and sell in the rule model home furniture.

I've never been to San Francisco, but in Georgia and SC.

Never heard that this will happen, but all in a real estate contract is negotiable. You can try, but I was surprised, personally.

I do not know, real estate agents, who organize and pay for the transit system.
These tasks are often to their owners.

I am on the East Coast.

I think the owner has to pay to have that done by professional rabbit.
