Try these 2 options
Open an MS-DOS. Type the following command
ipconfig / release
This will clear your current IP address to add, then type the command
ipconfig / renew
This is your new IP address
If that does not ...
Go to Control Panel> Network Connections
Double-click the LAN connection you use. Click the Properties button. Then in the General tab, select Internet Protocol (TCP / IP) and click the Properties button.
Choose from the following options:
Obtain an IP address automatically
DNS servers automatically
Click OK.
If none of this work, it is best to call the customer service Smart Bro.
